Scratched lenses and physical damage are not covered by warranty. Unfortunately we do not manufacture or sell replacement lenses.

RAEN is not liable for any physical damages, incidental or consequential, due to the improper use and wear of your product and will not be accepted under warranty. RAEN does not warranty frames that have been lost or stolen. Scratched frames, or scratched/cracked lenses are not covered under RAEN’s warranty as this would be considered wear and use with the product. To avoid scratching your lenses, always keep your frames safely stored in a case, and clean your glasses regularly. Please fill out the claim to the best of your ability and be sure to include photos, If there is no photo included, your claim will take longer to process.
