DHL Shipping - Germany
Free DHL Standard Shipping is available exclusively to any orders shipping within Germany over €100 (after discounts). Any orders under €100 (after discounts) shipping within Germany will be charged €.4,90. DHL packages are delivered Monday through Friday. RAEN does not offer weekend delivery.
Due to a high volume of orders during the holidays, please allow for extra shipping time.
DHL Shipping - Outside of Germany
Free DHL Express Shipping is available exclusively to any orders over €100 (after discounts) and within the European countries as well as the UK, Norway and Iceland. We do not ship to Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, or The Faroe Islands. Any orders under €100 (after discounts) will be charged €12,90. DHL packages are delivered Monday through Friday. RAEN does not offer weekend delivery.
Restrictions & Exclusions
*RAEN does not ship to hotels. Orders received to be shipped to hotels will be held for an alternative address or cancelled.
*RAEN does not ship to PO boxes.
*Free shipping is not available with some promotions and other restrictions may apply. We currently do not ship to Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden or Faroe Islands
Please allow up to 24 hours for processing time and an additional 1-2 business days for delivery within Germany and the EU. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Due to the high volume during holiday please allow for extra shipping time.
Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2 day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
VAT for your specific country are already included in the price (unless you are in the UK). Any orders outside the EU are subject to additional duties and import fees which are established by your local customs authorities and are out of our control. Please check your local customs website for more information.
