The temperature was a perfect 75 degrees, sun was out, shades were on, surf was fun, friends were near, food was cooking and libations were flowing. Though this is not a typical day at the RAEN studio, it was our yesterday and it was great.

Our friends from MIHO parked their gourmet Gastrotruck in front of our studio for an afternoon of insanely good food with some friends from TransworldSurfing MagazineFoam MagazineInsight,Hansen’sUNIV , M.O.M’s and a solid crew of North County locals. And because an afternoon picnic just wouldn’t be legit without a few cold ones,  local brewery Lewis Beer hooked us up with their latest craft.
From Pork Belly Banh Mi to house cured Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies, MIHO introduced to us an innovative menu with unexpected flavors that we could not stop eating. Seriously.

If you haven’t already, check out their weekly route H E R E and get involved.
