After 8 years Modest Mouse has finally released their new album, Strangers to Ourselves. As friends and fellow listeners, we at RAEN have watched the band grow from the quieter, hypnotic acoustic sounds of Lonesome Crowded West to the more upbeat Good News for People Who Love Bad News. Isaac’s talent for building versus around brilliant guitar riffs is a true art from of lyricism. We only hope that this band will continue to make music and give us the inspiration we strive on day after day.
